COMPANY OVERVIEW
Representative office of Japan, specializing in a rental service that provides various types of equipment and tools for rent in Vietnam. They offer a wide range of products, including heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools, for both commercial and personal use.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process petty cash voucher, bank voucher daily.
- Record transactions into Fast acccouting software.
- Check input invoice information.
- Work with bank for matters ralated to payment
- Arrange and store accounting documents
- Do cashier & control cash box.
- Prepare VAT, FCT
- Provide accounting data and supporting documents for audits, tax authorities, and banks as requirement
- Prepare other report for authorities (SBV, HIZA…)
 - Other tasks assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Female
- Has 2- 3 years experience in accounting
- Communicate in English
- Other Requirements: open minded characteristic
- Time to start working: after Lunar New Year 2024 BENEFITS
- Working time: 8h/ per day < from 8:30AM – 17:30 PM>; 24 days/ month.
- Salary: from 15 -> 20 mil depending on abilities .
- All benefits in accordance with Labor Law and company’s regulation.
- Provided with social insurance, health insurance, unemployed insurance.
- 24/7 accident insurance package.
